London, Unlocked by Nigerian Artifacts

Culture Lab partnered with Pikd to deliver an immersive cultural journey across five geotagged locations in London. Each site featuring unique Augmented Reality (AR) activations that brings Nigeria's vibrant heritage to life — right through your phone.

Using the Pikd app, visitor explored digital artifacts and stories that delved into themes of identity, memory and collective creation. It was a one-of-a-kind chance to experience Nigerian culture in motion, layered into the city around you.

Visitors collected augmented reality future artifacts across London to learn about Nigerian heritage and also win limited edition notebooks by THIS IS US — a celebration of the community and creativity that define the Nigerian spirit.
